Poste: International Sales Director
* Help shape the company's growth strategy and international commercial policy.
* Develop and implement the global sales strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
* Drive the efficiency of global and local sales teams through sales excellence and operations (finetuning sales processes, CRM, Power BI, etc.).
* Lead a team of 100+ passionate sales, channel, and sales operations professionals.
* Identify growth opportunities in existing and new markets, focusing on sustainable relationships and profitable expansion.
* Build and nurture strategic relationships with key accounts and global partners.
* Contribute actively to the company's global strategy as a member of the executive committee.
* Report directly to the CEO and collaborate with marketing, trade marketing, customer service, supply chain, and finance teams.
Management and Experience
* Management of sales force
* More than 5 years of experience
Languages
* English C2 - Expert
* Good knowledge of Dutch is mandatory; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
Qualifications
* Master's degree with proven senior sales leadership experience in FMCG, preferably with branded products or specialized retail channels.
* Over 15 years of professional experience demonstrating sales expertise and strategic/managerial skills.
* Trust-building, excellent communication skills, and ability to inspire multicultural and decentralized teams.
* Strong negotiation skills focused on long-term relationships and partnerships.
* Blend of conceptual thinking, market trend curiosity, KPI-driven approach, and financial realism.
* Pragmatic, results-oriented mindset with a focus on execution.
* Ability to switch between strategic and operational thinking, contributing at organizational level.
* Experience with key sales tools like Category Management, CRM, BI.
* Comfort working with data to support strategic planning.
* International mindset and willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
