Job description

We're looking for a
driven and ambitious Enterprise Account Manager
who's passionate about creating new opportunities and accelerating growth. In this role, you'll take the lead in
expanding our footprint in the Belgian market
— selling our portfolio of cutting-edge digital solutions to both
new prospects and existing clients
.

Your mission:
generate new business, build lasting relationships, and deliver real value
by understanding customer challenges and matching them with powerful, tailored solutions. If you're energized by winning new logos and growing key accounts, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive new business growth
by identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities across existing clients and new target accounts.
* Expand customer footprint
within existing relationships through proactive cross-selling and upselling of additional solutions.
* Prospect and win new logos
, leveraging market insights, networking, and creative outreach strategies.
* Own the full sales cycle
, from pipeline creation to contract negotiation and closure.
* Position and tailor our solutions
to address customer challenges and deliver measurable business value.
* Deliver compelling presentations and solution demonstrations
that engage and persuade decision-makers.
* Consistently achieve and exceed growth targets
, focusing on revenue expansion and new opportunity generation.
* Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking
within our CRM to support forecasting and performance visibility.

Requirements

Are you a natural business developer who loves creating opportunities and driving growth? We're looking for a results-oriented sales professional who can open new doors and expand our presence across key markets.

* Proven track record in IT sales or business development
, with a passion for winning new customers.
* Strong network
in one or more of the following sectors:
Financial Services, Government, Manufacturing, or Services
.
* History of exceeding sales targets
through strategic prospecting and deal execution.
* Ability to uncover and develop new opportunities
within both existing clients and fresh, untapped markets.
* Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
that inspire confidence and close deals.
* Driven, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset
— you thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
* Fluency in Dutch, English, and French
is highly preferred.
