We are looking for a Temporary Office Administrator to support our team during a colleague's maternity leave. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple administrative responsibilities efficiently. This role involves close collaboration with various departments and participation in additional projects as needed.
Key Responsibilities
* Process and organize monthly invoices and related documentation.
* Support time sheet submissions and basic financial administration.
* Provide general office and administrative support to the management team.
* Assist in other ongoing projects and tasks across departments as required.
Requirements
* Fluency in Chinese, English, and Dutch or French (spoken and written).
* Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel (data entry, formulas, reporting).
* High level of accuracy, responsibility, and reliability in completing daily tasks.
* Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred.
