* Act as the primary point of contact for customers from the Nordics region.
* Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints with precision and efficiency.
* Ensure accurate data entry and order processing in the system (using SAP).
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
* Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
* Prepare and update customer service reports and documentation.
* Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and communication.
* Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
A successful Customer Service Nordics professional should have:
* Fluency in English and a Nordic language (e.g., Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian).
* Previous experience in customer service or a related field.

* Skilled in using ERP or CRM systems.
