Role Description
The Junior PMO will support the PMO Manager and Program Director in the coordination and delivery of a large-scale global IT implementation programme. The role focuses on programme governance, training coordination, communications management, and stakeholder engagement across international teams.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional looking to grow within programme management in a multinational environment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Programme Coordination & Governance Support
* Assist the PMO Manager and Program Director in day-to-day programme coordination activities
* Maintain programme documentation, trackers, and reporting dashboards
* Support governance processes, including RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies)
* Prepare materials for steering committees and programme review meetings
* Track milestones, deliverables, and action items
2. Training Coordination (Large-Scale Rollout Support)
* Support coordination of training activities for approximately 1,000 global users
* Assist with training schedules, invitations, logistics, and attendance tracking
* Maintain training calendars and session documentation
* Follow up with stakeholders to ensure completion and feedback collection
* Support training communications and updates
3. Programme Communications
* Draft and distribute programme communications under PMO Manager guidance
* Assist in preparing newsletters, status updates, and stakeholder announcements
* Maintain communication plans and ensure message consistency
* Update collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint, O365) with programme materials
* Support internal communication campaigns during implementation phases
4. Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
* Coordinate with project teams, change managers, airlines, and external vendors
* Support cross-functional collaboration across international teams
* Track stakeholder inputs and ensure timely responses
* Assist in aligning communication between business and technical teams
5. Tools & Reporting Support
* Maintain programme tracking tools (Jira, Teams, O365, SharePoint)
* Assist with reporting preparation and data consolidation
* Ensure documentation is stored and organised according to governance standards
* Support adoption of collaboration tools including Microsoft Copilot (if applicable)
6. Administrative & Operational Support
* Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and capture minutes
* Monitor action logs and follow up on outstanding items
* Ensure compliance with programme governance processes
* Provide general administrative support to the PMO function
Required Skills & Experience
* 3–5 years' experience in PMO, project coordination, or programme support
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication in English
* Ability to work in a structured and process-driven environment
* Comfortable working in international and cross-functional teams
* Experience with Microsoft Teams, O365, SharePoint, Jira or similar tools
Desirable Experience
* Exposure to Aviation industry (Airline, CAMO, MRO environments)
* Knowledge of AMOS or TRAX systems
* Experience supporting large-scale IT rollouts
* Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot
