You’ll collaborate with developers, UX, and data teams to design adaptive flows that feel natural, efficient, and trustworthy. /ppstrongYour Responsibilities /strong /ppAgentic Experience Design /ppDesign goal-based conversational journeys that enable autonomous task completion, proactive support, and self-service via AI-powered agents. /ppStructure modular, reusable conversational components that can adapt to user behavior, intent, and enterprise workflows. /ppDefine escalation logic, fallback strategies, and handovers between agents, humans, and systems. /ppAI Integration Collaboration /ppCollaborate with NLP/NLU engineers to optimize intent recognition, classification, and response generation across multiple platforms. /ppUse AI tools (Dialog flow, Rasa, Azure Bot Framework, Lang chain, etc.) to prototype and implement conversations with context-awareness and memory. /ppLeverage data from past interactions, heatmaps, and feedback loops to continuously improve agent performance and personalization. /ppstrongStrategy Governance /strong /ppEstablish tone of voice, bot personality, and ethical guidelines for human-AI interaction. /ppContribute to the development of a conversational design system that integrates with UX, branding, and service design libraries. /ppMonitor and evaluate conversation success metrics, optimize for frictionless task flow and satisfaction. /ppstrongMust-Have Skills Experience /strong /pp3 to 5 years of experience in conversational design, AI UX, or content design for enterprise platforms. /ppStrong understanding of agentic automation, prompt engineering, and the capabilities/limits of current GenAI and NLU models. /ppHands-on experience designing bots or assistants using tools like Dialog flow CX, Rasa, Watson Assistant, Bot press, or custom LLM-based frameworks. /ppAbility to create conversation flows, voice/tone guidelines, and bot personality specs that align with enterprise service expectations. /ppStrong collaboration skills, comfortable working with engineers, researchers, and stakeholders in Agile environments. /ppstrongBonus Points /strong /ppExperience with LLM orchestration, memory design, or multi-agent systems. /ppFamiliarity with enterprise AI stack (OpenAI, Microsoft Azure AI, Lang Chain, vector databases, etc.). /ppKnowledge of UX writing, service design, and enterprise automation. /ppBackground in linguistics, cognitive science, or behavioral design. /pbrpstrongApply now and start your journey with Team Possible!
