Portfolio Transformation Analyst
Overview: We are seeking a junior-to-mid level professional to support a portfolio management transformation initiative. This role involves hands-on documentation, process definition, and meeting facilitation under the guidance of a senior lead.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in documenting portfolio processes and creating required transformation deliverables using tools such as MS Excel for data analysis, MS Word for documentation, and MS PowerPoint for presentations.
* Gather and synthesize information from various business units, ensuring clear communication and accurate data collection.
* Facilitate meetings and workshops, supporting the senior lead and ensuring all materials are well-prepared and professionally presented.
Skills and Experience:
* A few years of experience in a portfolio or project management setting (e.g., PMO, business analysis).
* Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to develop documentation, perform data analysis, and create presentations.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills suited to a junior-to-mid level role.
* Fluent in English
