A glimpse in your role: /b /ppAs a Sales Representative - Payments at bGlobal Blue by /b bShift4 /b, you will be responsible for generating new business and supporting existing clients by promoting Global Blue by Shift4’s merchant servicing products, hardware, software, and professional services. Acting as the frontline sales representative in your assigned territory, you will drive revenue growth by prospecting, setting appointments, closing deals, and building strong client relationships. /ppbYour responsibilities include: /b /plipProspect and generate new business opportunities through phone outreach, networking, and referrals. /p /lilipSet appointments with merchants to present Global Blue by Shift4’s Payment Terminal and services. /p /lilipClose deals in a fast-paced sales cycle and sign new logos in the assigned territory. /p /lilipAssist existing clients with add-on services, including hardware, software, and professional solutions. /p /lilipBuild strong relationships with merchants by actively listening to their needs and resolving outstanding issues. /p /lilipClearly explain the value of Global Blue by Shift4’s solutions to clients (via laptop demonstrations or Payment Terminal). /p /lilipQualify sales opportunities and identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities. /p /lilipUnderstand merchant acquiring statements and position Global Blue by Shift4’s end-to-end service offering accordingly. /p /lilipMaintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management. /p /lilipMaintain regular communication with direct manager and adhere to company policies and procedures. /p /lilipContinuously develop knowledge of products, services, and industry trends. /p /lipbAdditional: Division of work in percentage (please note that this is subject to change depending on business): /b /plipLead generation prospecting – 35% /p /lilipSales conversion client onboarding – 30% /p /lilipAccount management client support – 20% /p /lilipAdministration CRM reporting – 10% /p /lilipTraining industry knowledge development – 5% /p /lipbMain KPI’s: /b /plipLead generation and number of outreach activities. /p /lilipNew logos signed and deals closed in assigned territory. /p /lilipAchievement of monthly/quarterly sales quotas. /p /lilipClient retention and satisfaction levels. /p /lilipPipeline accuracy and CRM compliance. /p /lilipProfessionalism and alignment with company standards. /p /lipbEvery action has an impact. You'll drive towards success if you have: /b /plipProven outside sales experience, including door-to-door or territory sales, preferably in payments, financial services, or technology solutions. /p /lilipDemonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas through prospecting, cold-calling, and deal closing. /p /lilipCRM proficiency and ability to manage sales pipeline effectively. /p /lilipStrong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. /p /lilipComputer and smartphone literacy. /p /lilipValid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively within assigned territory. /p /lilipFluent English. Native or proficient knowledge of French.
