A Senior Sales Manager manages a team of salespeople within a defined industry sector, business line and/or geography. He/she also personally supports salespeople in driving sales opportunities from detection to closure, helping them find internally the relevant resources they may need. He/She is accountable for the quality of sales data and provides accurately sales forecast consolidating a vision of his team sales activity, according to a budget he/she sets up to each sales individual. He/she takes care of the motivation of his teams and support its members in defining and achieve their professional develpment. YOUR ROLE Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT consulting services (e.G., digital transformation, cloud, cybersecurity, application services). Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers. Collaborate with delivery and solution teams to tailor offerings to client needs. Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics for leadership. YOUR PROFILE Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, or related field. 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in IT consulting or professional services. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in complex, consultative sales environments. Strong understanding of IT services and solutions, including cloud, infrastructure, and digital transformation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to lead and inspire teams, with a collaborative and strategic mindset. Experience with CRM tools (e.G., Salesforce) and sales analytics.
