We're growing our HQ sales team and looking for a business developer with a hospitality mindset and a strong drive to close.You'll combine reactive sales (handling incoming hotel requests and converting them fast) with proactive sales (prospecting new corporate clients). If you know how hotels work, love client contact, and get energy from targets and KPIs, you'll fit right in.
What you'll domanage incoming requests: understand needs fast, build the right offer, follow up and closemaximise revenue through upselling and smart opportunity spottingprospect new business via cold calling, LinkedIn outreach and company visitsbuild relationships with decision makers and grow a strong client portfoliokeep your pipeline and CRM follow-up structuredPracticalregular visits to our hotels across Belgiumminimum 2 days/week based at our Brussels head officedriver's license requireda bit of admin/crm doesn't scare youYour profilestrong commercial mindset, proactive, persistent, target-drivenPerfect English requiredFrench or Dutch required; preference for a fully bilingual profile (nl/fr)hospitality / tourism background or passion is a big plus
