Conversational AI Designer – GenAI & Prompting Focus
Intro:
Do you believe words can shape how people experience technology? Are you excited about the future of AI-powered conversations—and want to be the one designing them?
We’re looking for a Conversational AI Designer with a strong interest in prompting, LLMs, and smart user flows. If you’ve already worked on chatbots, voice assistants, or Copilot-like experiences this is your chance to level up and help reinvent how conversations happen in the age of GenAI.
What You’ll Do:
This is more than just scripting dialogs. You’ll help design, shape, and refine real, human-centered interactions that are powered by Large Language Models. You’ll work closely with conversation designers, data teams, and stakeholders to make things flow naturally — and function intelligently.
* Design and implement prompting strategies for LLM-driven bots (chat & voice)
* Translate existing chatbot flows into LLM-friendly designs — without losing tone, clarity, or business value
* Co-create with conversation designers to align on UX, tone of voice, and emotional intelligence
* Use user feedback, data, and A/B tests to refine responses and improve relevance
* Mentor and support internal teams on prompt engineering best practices
* Ensure everything aligns with brand, tone, and design system standards
* Contribute to the bigger strategy for conversational touchpoints across channels
You’re a Great Fit If...:
* You’ve designed conversations for chatbots or voice assistants (LLM-based or not)
* You’re familiar with (or fascinated by) prompt engineering, LLMs, and AI agents
* You love crafting clear, concise, and context-aware interactions
* You’re fluent in French, and you can read/translate from Dutch
* You analyze behavior and know how to iterate using data + feedback
* You’re comfortable with tools like Microsoft Copilot Studio, Dialogflow, or similar platforms
* You love collaboration — but you can also drive a project independently
