Requisitos
Syniti, part of Capgemini, tackles the hardest work in data for the world’s largest organizations. As a Technical Product Owner, your role is to translate high-level product strategy into clear, actionable work for engineering teams. You will bridge complex legacy ERP architectures (SAP S/4 HANA, ECC) with modern, cloud-native, AI-driven workflows to build the “Golden Record” across cataloging, migration, quality, and governance.
What You’ll Do
* Lead 2–3 scrum teams by owning and prioritizing the backlog for key SKP capabilities (Migrate, Replicate, Drive, Orchestrate); run backlog grooming, sprint planning, and estimation sessions.
* Translate strategy into crisp epics and user stories; use AI-driven tools to accelerate documentation and generate edge‑case test scenarios.
* Design mockups and wireframes (Figma, Miro) to visualize data journeys and ensure intuitive workflows for Data Stewards and Developers.
* Partner with Architecture and Engineering to define functional and non‑functional requirements, ensuring seamless integration across the entire data lifecycle.
* Collaborate with PXQ teams to define “What Good Looks Like” and act as the final validation gate to meet enterprise standards.
* Engage with Support and Customer Success to funnel production learnings into the backlog for continuous improvement.
WHAT IT TAKES
* 5+ years as a Product Owner or Business Analyst working on enterprise data products; strong understanding of data integration, replication, APIs, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure).
* Deep experience with SAP ecosystems and large‑scale transformation programs; knowledge of MDM, Data Quality, and Governance, with experience in SAP MDG or Informatica a plus.
* AI‑native thinker who uses LLMs to enhance productivity and research, preferring mockups over lengthy documents.
* CSPO‑certified with demonstrated ability to manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes across distributed, multi‑time‑zone teams.
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
* Excellent communicator, able to articulate complex data and replication logic to business users and explain product vision to engineering teams.
* Strong command of data management and governance principles, including hierarchy and survivorship rules.
* Experience using AI/ML tools for documentation automation, market trend analysis, or data‑matching/cleansing optimization.
* Skilled at producing wireframes and process flows and writing precise user stories with zero ambiguity.
