Your new role As an All-round Support Engineer, you are responsible for delivering day-to-day IT support for end users in the Brussels office. You act as the primary point of contact for technical issues and ensure high-quality service delivery. Your responsibilities include: Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting laptops, desktops, and software applications Providing support for Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Teams, and related tools Diagnosing hardware, software, and network issues, including WiFi and remote access Managing and following up tickets via a ticketing system such as ServiceNow Supporting mobile devices (iOS) and conferencing technologies such as Zoom, Webex, and Teams Setting up and maintaining audio-visual equipment in meeting rooms Collaborating with international IT teams on projects and escalations Documenting solutions, processes, and technical improvements You will work in a structured environment with high service expectations and will occasionally support maintenance windows or special IT rollouts outside normal business hours. Your profile This role targets mid-level IT support professionals with experience in a professional services or corporate environment. You bring: Excellent communication skills in English ; good level of French, additional languages are a plus A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, ideally within an international environment Strong knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and IT troubleshooting Experience with remote access tools, Citrix, or VPN solutions Familiarity with ticketing systems and structured IT processes A customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain composed in high-pressure situations Certifications such as A or Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
