YOUR ROLE
As a Business Analyst within our Data & AI team, you will play a key role in enabling data-driven transformation for our clients. Your responsibilities include:
* Supporting the team in generating actionable business insights from data to help clients make better decisions;
* Building and maintaining dashboards and reports using modern BI tools;
* Collaborating with senior team members to identify and prioritize new use cases for data and analytics;
* Participating in workshops and meetings with clients to understand their needs and translate them into data-driven solutions;
* Learning and applying best practices in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling;
* Developing skills in data engineering, AI, and coding (e.g., SQL, Python) with the support of experienced colleagues;
* Contributing to a positive team spirit and an open, collaborative work environment.
YOUR PROFILE
* Strong interest in data, analytics, and how they can transform businesses;
* Experience or coursework in data analysis, dashboarding, or business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel);
* Willingness to learn coding and data engineering skills (experience with SQL or Python is a plus);
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, economics, engineering, mathematics, business);
* Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Dutch (minimum C1 level required). Additional French proficiency (C1 level) is a strong advantage;
* Commitment to client success and willingness to go the extra mile;
* Active listening and stakeholder management skills combined with the ability to identify diverging interests to maneuver project to the best possible outcome;
* Collaborative mindset, helpfull attitude and empathic nature.
