Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in development of Customer Experience services, with +20 years of experience in the use of Technology applied to Marketing and providing a unique Customer Relationship with mainly focus on Innovation is looking for a User Experience (UX) Specialist with proven experience working in Salesforce environments.
The primary mission of this role is to provide UX support for CRM-related initiatives, collaborating with technology teams, integration partners, and business units to ensure alignment with best practices and user needs.
Main responsabilities
* Conduct interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights on user needs and behaviors.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, use cases, user personas, scenarios, site maps, flows, and customer journeys.
* Design wireframes and interactive prototypes (low, medium, and high fidelity) to test and refine design concepts.
* Define and implement navigation patterns aligned with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) best practices.
* Carry out user testing and usability assessments to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
* Analyze usage metrics and user feedback data to support continuous design improvements.
* Present design recommendations and key findings to stakeholders.
* Ensure high-quality user experience based on Salesforce design standards.
Mandatory Skills
* At least 2+ years hands-on experience in UX design within Salesforce platforms.
* At least 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
* Strong familiarity with the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
* Salesforce certification in User Experience (UX) and/or Strategy Designer (preferred).
