Global HR Process Strategist
As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a key role in shaping our company's ambitious future. With over 1,400 passionate employees across the Netherlands, Croatia, the US, Canada, and Belgium, we are seeking a strategic leader to implement and optimize our global HRIS.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Designing and governing core HR processes such as performance management, compensation cycles, and organizational structure across our international footprint.
* Leading broader HR transformation projects focused on process excellence, data integrity, and scalable operations.
* Owning and rolling out our global HRIS from selection to go-live and beyond.
Your Profile:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A bachelor's or master's degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in HRIS and/or HR process ownership, ideally in an international and decentralized organization.
* Strong leadership skills to coordinate and lead transformation and digitization processes.
* A strong process mindset with an eye for data quality.
* Possess a passion and experience in building scalable HR infrastructure.
