For the summer period, they are looking for a Material Planner who enjoys bringing structure to a dynamic environment. The assignment starts on May 10 and runs until August 31.
Your new role
As a Material Planner, you will monitor material flows and ensure that the right parts are available at the right time. You will work closely with internal teams and suppliers and monitor the continuity of the supply chain.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Monitoring material requirements and stock levels
2. Coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders
3. Analyzing deviations and searching for solutions
4. Updating planning data and administrative follow-up
5. Reporting on availability and risks within the supply chain
Your profile
You work accurately, communicate fluently, and feel comfortable in a role where planning and collaboration are central.
You have:
6. Fluency in English (verbal and written), with strong communication and negotiation skills
7. A university degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
8. Experience with stock management systems (e.g., SAP)
9. An analytical mindset
10. Action-driven team player and networker in an international environment
11. The ability to challenge suppliers to meet targets
12. A good knowledge of MS Office.
