We are not looking for someone to just type code. We are looking for a
Founding Engineer
to define the "blueprint"—architecting schemas, security, and component structures—while leveraging a fleet of AI agents (Cursor, Claude Code, Lovable) to execute implementation at 10x speed.
Your Mission
You will own the technical realization of our ecosystem across all digital touchpoints. You will act as the "Guardian of Truth," ensuring data flows perfectly between React web interfaces, mobile apps, and external channels like WhatsApp.
Key Responsibilities:
* The Premier Mobile App:
Lead the development of our flagship
React Native
app. It must be as intuitive as Uber but "as human as your neighbor," including the integration of
ElevenLabs
voice agents for senior accessibility.
* The Advanced React Frontend:
Architect a reactive dashboard for B2B partners and internal operations. You will build and maintain the shared component libraries that power both our web and mobile worlds.
* Multi-Modal Intelligence:
Move our agents from "pre-approved actions" to fully autonomous interactions by integrating
ElevenLabs (Voice)
and
Telnyx
.
* System Architecture:
Own the end-to-end architecture using
Supabase
(PostgreSQL). You will prioritize system integrity, state synchronization, and security.
The Stack & Toolkit
We use elite tools to move fast. You will be expected to "conduct" these tools to build rapid, bulletproof iterations.
* Frontend & Mobile:
React, React Native, TypeScript, Vite, Tailwind, shadcn/ui.
* Backend & Data:
Supabase (Postgres, Auth, Edge Functions, Real-time).
* AI Orchestration:
Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable.
* Integrations:
WhatsApp Business API, Telnyx, ElevenLabs.
* Infrastructure:
Vercel.
Who You Are
* A React Authority:
With 4+ years of experience, you are comfortable designing modular component libraries and optimizing render cycles. You know how to share logic effectively between Web (React) and Mobile (React Native).
* Agentic Native:
You embrace the future of engineering. You thrive on a workflow where you orchestrate AI agents to build the product, focusing your human intelligence on hardening, testing, and security.
* Full-Stack Architect:
You can design a scalable PostgreSQL schema one minute and debug a CSS animation the next.
