Job Title: Digital Transformation Specialist
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving digital innovation and excellence across the organization. You will be responsible for aligning digital solutions with our overall business strategy, ensuring they support key business objectives such as growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
* You will identify best digital solutions to meet business needs and lead implementation of web-based solutions to boost sales by providing E-Commerce Commercial Team with web-based solutions.
* Work closely with the Ecommerce Growth Strategy Manager to assist implementation of new tactics and campaigns on web and app.
* Enhance customer satisfaction and the overall user journey by crafting compelling digital content, analyzing data for insights, and actively collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
* Collaborate with Business to identify and implement needed web-solutions to support campaigns and drive sales.
* Drive sales by improving customer satisfaction and refining the customer journey.
* Collaborate closely with Ahold Delhaize Digital Team and Online Team to identify web improvements and lead project implementations.
* Guarantee the optimal working of both the website and the mobile application.
* Knowledge management: Share knowledge with stakeholders to maintain credibility and share best practices.
Required skills and qualifications:
* Master's degree or equivalent by experience.
* Minimum 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
* Technical competences including Experience in CMS such as Bloomreach, Wordpress, Drupal, Prestashop, Joomla, Magento, Wix, etc.
* Experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
* Contentsquare.
* SEMrush.
Desirable technical competences:
* HTML or coding.
* SEO.
* Social media, SEA or email marketing, CRM.
* Sales Force.
* Adobe cloud package (photoshop, indesign, etc.).
