We are seeking a Technology Lead who also acts as an Engagement Manager, responsible for leading complex technology solutions and managing senior client engagements. The role combines strong technology leadership with client ownership and delivery management .
The focus is on delivering and modernizing large‑scale digital platforms using microservices, micro‑frontend, and cloud‑native architectures. AI experience is required, but primarily as a supporting capability embedded within broader technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Technology & Solution Leadership
Lead solution delivery for complex enterprise platforms .
Provide technical direction across:
Micro‑frontend implementations
Guide modernization of legacy or monolithic systems into modular architectures.
Act as the technical escalation point for solution‑level decisions.
Engagement & Stakeholder Management
Act as Engagement Manager for client programs in Belgium.
Build strong relationships with senior business and IT stakeholders .
Translate business objectives into clear technology roadmaps and delivery plans .
Support account growth through proactive solutioning and advisory discussions .
Delivery & Team Leadership
Lead and coordinate cross‑functional delivery teams .
Ensure delivery quality, predictability, and customer satisfaction.
Mentor technical leads and senior engineers.
Drive adoption of modern engineering practices (CI/CD, DevOps, cloud‑native development).
AI Adoption (Supporting Responsibility)
Experience leading or contributing to 1–2 AI‑enabled solutions (e.g., GenAI, automation, analytics).
Support teams in identifying practical AI use cases .
Guide integration of AI capabilities into existing platforms.
Ensure AI usage aligns with security, governance, and responsible AI practices .
Required Skills & Experience
Core Technology Experience
14–16+ years of experience in enterprise technology delivery .
Strong experience with:
Micro‑frontend frameworks
REST APIs and event‑driven integrations
Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Experience modernizing legacy or monolithic platforms .
Experience implementing or leading 1–2 AI‑enabled solutions .
Understanding of how AI fits into enterprise platforms .
Ability to clearly articulate AI value and limitations .
Leadership & Consulting Skills
Strong client‑facing and consultative mindset .
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Comfortable balancing technology leadership, delivery, and commercials .
Experience working in multi‑stakeholder enterprise environments .
Language & Location Requirements
Dutch or Flemish – fluent (mandatory)
Based in Belgium, with flexibility to work in a hybrid model

Exposure to managed services or outcome‑based delivery models
