Check you match the skill requirements for this role, as well as associated experience, then apply with your CV below.Brussels | Insurance companyRole & ResponsibilitiesReporting directly to the General Counsel, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Legal department.Your key responsibilities include:Proactively managing day-to-day administrative matters (meeting scheduling, agenda coordination, problem-solving)Handling end-to-end administration: leave tracking, invoice processing in SAPOrganising meetings, trainings, taking minutes and ensuring timely document signatureMaintaining and updating the legal library on the intranet for internal stakeholdersManaging legal archives in cooperation with the mailroomCoordinating team buildings and team activitiesExperience & SkillsBachelor's degree in Office Management or equivalent5- 10 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within a Big 4, law firm or structured corporate environmentExcellent command of MS Word, good knowledge of Excel and PowerPointSolid working knowledge of SAPHighly organised, reliable, xjsrcvq discreet and solution-orientedLanguagesFluent in French and Dutch and EnglishContractInterim with option to permanent or permanent contractStructure & ReportingLegal team of 8 lawyers, 1 Head of, supported by 3 legal administrative assistantsDirect reporting line to the General Counsel
