Position Description
We are looking for an Omnichannel Stock Coordinator for our seasonal boutique in Knokke, from March to October 2026 (full-time fixed-term contract).
You will be responsible for overseeing stock movements and inventory organization. The objective of this role is to create a memorable client experience by proactively managing stock in an optimal and precise way, reducing discrepancies and loss.
Key Responsibilities
* Organization and optimization of the stockroom
* Management of e-commerce orders
* Rolling and fiscal inventories
* Loss prevention
* Stock rotation and coordination with the warehouse for collection changes or launches
* Administrative tasks (reporting, etc.)

Profile Required
* Significant experience in a similar stock role within the luxury industry
* Strong understanding of KPIs and reporting
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
* Knowledge of the market and clientele
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Fluent English; a third language is a plus
