With 9 buzzing locations across Belgium and more on the way, we're on the lookout for a Brand & Marketing Manager who will help define our strategy and turn it into concrete action.
What You'll Do
As our Brand & Marketing Manager,

ou'll translate marketing strategy into
concrete campaigns and projects
. You'll have the freedom to manage your own initiatives while collaborating with external partners like photographers, designers, and influencers. You'll be the creative engine behind our marketing efforts, ensuring everything runs smoothly and makes an impact.
Key Responsibilities:
* Content & Social Media: Develop creative ideas for photos, videos, and posts; coordinate with photographers and content creators; manage Instagram and TikTok channels.
* Influencer Marketing: Identify and activate the right food influencers to amplify our brand.
* Loyalty & CRM: Support loyalty app initiatives and email campaigns.
* Performance Marketing: Track and optimize digital campaigns (Meta Ads, SEO/SEA).
* Employer Branding: Help attract top talent through creative marketing actions.
* Brand & Communication: Ensure brand identity and tone of voice are consistent across all touchpoints.
* Offline Marketing & Events: Organize and support local activations, pop-ups, and brand events.
* Packaging & Print: Create simple designs in Canva (POS material, flyers, packaging) or brief external designers for packaging and print projects.
Who We're Looking For
We're searching for a creative, hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves combining data-driven insights with bold ideas. you are comfortable managing multiple channels and projects, collaborating with both internal teams and external partners, and making a tangible impact on our brand and growth.
You ideally have:
* At least 5 years of marketing experience, ideally in food, hospitality, retail, or fast-growing consumer brands.
* A hands-on mentality: you take initiative, experiment, and get things done.
* A creative mind with the ability to craft visually compelling content and campaigns.
* A data-driven approach, using insights to measure success and optimize campaigns.
* Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
* A passion for building brand identity, engaging communities, and driving results.
* The ability to juggle multiple projects while keeping an eye on detail and quality.
