Your challenge
As a Compensation & Benefits Professional, you have a broad range of responsibilities within the field of reward and benefits, socio-legal policies, international employment and HR analytics. Together with your colleagues in the HR team, you implement activities and projects connected to the outlined HR policy.
You Are Responsible For
Giving input and advice to OMP employees and management on various compensation & benefits-related topics.
Setting up and managing international employment, immigration, and mobility or visa requests, in close cooperation with our HR Payroll & Employee Services team.
Supporting Global HR Analytics and stakeholders in the preparation and follow-up of the annual HR budget and reward cycle (e.g., salary review and bonus rounds), ensuring a smooth process.
Assisting with HR data analysis and reporting which steers strategic HR and business decisions. As we are a growing organization, you'll have the opportunity to put your stamp on the future development of our HR analytics and reporting activities.
Participation to several projects, such as pay transparency and salary benchmarking, implementation of the federal mobility budget, HR digitalization, etc.
Arranging and evaluating annually domestic and foreign staff insurances such as group insurance and hospitalization insurance.
Keeping up to date on various reward topics.
Your team
As our new Compensation & Benefits Professional, you'll be part of the C&B and International Employment team which, in turn, fits into the bigger picture of the HR team. You'll report directly to our Compensation & Benefits Manager. For some of your tasks, you'll work closely together with our Global HR Analytics & Reporting Manager.
Human Resources attracts, supports, and grows talent at OMP. On top of that, our team develops attractive benefits packages and international mobility programs in the interest of our employees.
About You
Essential talents and qualifications:
A master's degree in Commercial Engineering, Applied Economics, Law, or similar.
At least 3-5 years of experience in reward and compensation & benefits, preferably in an international environment.
Detail-oriented with strong data-entry, analytical, organizational and planning skills, combined with a team player mentality.
A love for crunching numbers and gaining insights in the science behind HR.
Expertise in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
You love a challenge and feel at home in a dynamic international environment.
People-oriented, and a fluent communicator in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
An eagerness to learn and keen on developing yourself.
Bonus Points If You Have
Knowledge of HR information and/or payroll systems
Knowledge of French or Spanish
Knowledge of social legislation in one or more OMP countries (outside of Belgium) is a strong plus, as well as experience with immigration topics and/or expat-related matters.
