Your Role
As a Junior Customer Success Manager, you'll manage customer relationships from pre-signature through onboarding and ongoing support. You will be the customer's first point of contact, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and long-term platform adoption in a B2B SaaS environment.
You'll work closely with customers during their first weeks on the platform and continue supporting them throughout their journey, while collaborating internally to ensure customer needs are met.
Key responsibilities include:
• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of B2B customers
• Engage with customers prior to contract signature and guide them through onboarding
• Lead an 8–12 week onboarding process with structured weekly check-ins
• Support customers with day-to-day questions and ongoing platform usage
• Make minor technical adjustments on the platform to support customer needs
• Monitor customer progress and proactively address potential issues
• Collaborate with internal teams and refer customers to relevant departments when needed
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships to drive satisfaction and retention
You Bring
• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role
• Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment
• Basic project management skills
• Comfort working with cloud-based software platforms
• Minor technical aptitude to support customers with platform adjustments
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
