We’re working with a well‑established investment fund in Belgium that’s looking to strengthen its investment team in Brussels. They’re hiring at the Investment Associate, Senior Associate, and Investment Manager levels, focusing on direct investments across the Benelux and broader European markets.
What the role covers
* Sourcing and building a pipeline of new opportunities across different sectors in the region.
* Leading financial and commercial due diligence: market analysis, competitive positioning, and risk assessment.
* Building and maintaining detailed financial models (DCF, LBO, etc.) to support investment decisions.
* Supporting deal execution from structuring through to documentation, working with legal and other advisors.
* Actively managing portfolio companies post‑investment, working closely with management to drive value creation.
What they’re looking for
* Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or similar; an MBA is a plus.
* Solid experience in private equity, investment banking, or a related field.
* Strong modeling and valuation skills.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑based environment.
* Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch are a plus, depending on the level.
