BedrijfsomschrijvingOur client is the global leader and reference incrane rental services, heavy lifting, and engineeredtransport.They have the noble mission to be thereference in crane rental services, heavy lifting, and engineeredtransport for our clients.With state of the artequipment and value engineering, they offer creative andintelligent solutions to today's heavy lifting and engineeredtransport challenges.FunctieomschrijvingYou analyze requests and summarizethem.You develop proposals for technicalrequests and projects in collaboration with the responsible KeyAccount Manager to achieve the best balance of 'budget – scope –timing,' in line with the client's needs.Duringthe bidding process, you draw on various support departments suchas engineering, logistics, HR, SHEQ, finance, etc. You coordinatetheir input and deliverables, respecting deadlines, to create astructured and high-quality proposal that meets both external andinternal expectations.You regularly consult withthe responsible Key Account Manager and the sales support teamabout the proposed solution and make adjustments asnecessary.You gather the necessary cost inputs,prepare a price calculation, and discuss it with the Key AccountManager and/or management.You submitproposals/tender documents accurately and on time after internalapproval and follow up on the proposal with the Key AccountManager. You respond to internal and externalquestions and make adjustments as needed.Youalways act as a proud Sarens Ambassador and provide general salessupport to the group.Functie-eisenBachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field(engineering, electromechanics, civil engineering...) or equivalentthrough experience.Interest or experience inroles such as sales support, technical commercial inside sales,tender engineer.Knowledge of engineering, heavylifting, and/or exceptional transport, or a strong willingness toquickly acquire this knowledge.Strongcommunication skills is English.Proficient withcomputers (including MS Office).ArbeidsvoorwaardenPermanent contract – full-time position (40hours/week) with flexible working hours.Legalholidays and public holidays + 12 additional days off in lieu (ADVdays).Enjoyable work environment with supportivecolleagues!Option for remotework.
