This is an opportunity to contribute to the sustainability of existing products and design new ones within the Nutrition Solution & Container portfolio.
You will work under management supervision, providing technical support and service to these areas. As a container lead, you may also have team leadership responsibilities.
We are seeking an individual with a Master's degree in engineering or a related field, and 1+ years of experience. Proficiency in oral and written English language is mandatory, French is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage change control and organize product changes in compliance with international regulations and quality standards.
* Provide technical support for investigation on quality or supply issues, qualify alternate raw material, problem-solving, and Complaint reduction.
* Perform container engineering activities and research to contribute to the design of new and existing products.
* Compile reports and analysis in written and graphic form, describing observations and results of studies.
Requirements:
* Master's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Biomedical/Bioengineering, Chemical, Materials Science) or related field.
* Proficiency in oral and written English language is mandatory, French is a plus.
* Self-motivated, resourceful, flexible, and self-starter.
* Strong critical thinking skills and willingness to develop specific technical skills and knowledge when required.
* Proven ability to communicate effectively within a global team (written & verbal).
