JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives within the global blood solutions business unit. This position requires a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, proven expertise in marketing, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting go-to-market strategies, developing compelling content, enhancing sales capabilities through training, and building meaningful relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Strategic Planning & Business Growth:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
2. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape insights.
3. Define and implement go-to-market strategies for product launches and market penetration.
Content Creation & Management:
4. Create high-quality marketing content, including brochures, case studies, white papers, and digital assets, tailored to diverse audiences (clinicians, hospitals, distributors, etc.).
5. Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, email marketing, and social media outreach.
6. Collaborate with design teams to ensure consistent and impactful branding across all channels.
Sales Enablement & Training:
7. Develop sales training programs and tools to enhance the team's product knowledge and selling skills.
8. Provide marketing collateral and resources to support the sales process.
9. Partner with sales teams to gather market feedback and optimize marketing strategies accordingly.
Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Engagement:
10. Identify, build, and nurture relationships with KOLs and other influential stakeholders in the medical community.
11. Facilitate collaborations with KOLs for product endorsements, feedback, and clinical studies.
12. Organize and manage KOL-driven events, such as webinars, panels, and workshops.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
13. Track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
14. Report on key metrics, ROI, and overall marketing effectiveness to senior management.
15. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards in all marketing activities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
16. Master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a STEM related field.
17. 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within the medical device or healthcare industry.
18. Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaign management.
