Process Expert Manager / Business Analyst – Banking Client – Brussels

Rate: €600 - €700 per day
Hybrid working : 8 days onsite per month, the rest is remote working
Purpose
The Process Expert Manager will lead the analysis, documentation, detailed description, and challenge of end-to-end business processes within strategic transformation programmes at the client.
This includes supporting Target Operating Model (TOM) initiatives and broader organisational process design and optimisation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
* Model, map, and document end-to-end business processes in detail
* Analyse and challenge existing processes and ways of working to identify improvement opportunities
* Ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment of processes across multiple stakeholders and business units
* Support strategic transformation workstreams through process expertise and structured analysis
* Contribute to TOM design and organisational process redefinition initiatives
* Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to validate and refine process frameworks

Preferred Experience / Background
* Proven experience in end-to-end process modelling and redesign
* Exposure to Target Operating Model / TOM / Future-State Operating Model design
* Strong knowledge of process modelling methodologies/tools (e.g. BPMN, ARIS, Signavio, Visio)
* Experience within large-scale enterprise transformation programmes
* Background in regulated / complex corporate environments preferred
