Our client, a mid-sized company located in Antwerp region, is seeking a motivated and experienced Artwork Coordinator to join their team. This is a mid-size company where the roles are more broad and where there is more room to do different activities and take initiative. You will not feel stuck in doing the same thing all the time.

Responsibilities:
– Coordinate artwork projects: You will be responsible for coordinating artwork projects, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of artwork assets for production.
– Drive continuous improvement: You will contribute to improvement projects by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and quality in the artwork process.
– Collaborate cross-functionally: As an Artwork Coordinator, you will work closely with different departments, including marketing, regulatory, and production, to ensure smooth project execution and alignment of artwork requirements.
Requirements:
– Strong artwork experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally 3-5 years.
– Proficient in Adobe Indesign and Illustrator or Photoshop or similar software.
– Fluent in Dutch and English, with French language skills considered advantageous.
