Key Responsibilities of the Financial ManagerOversee general accounting, monthly and annual closings, statutory reporting, and external audits.Lead and oversee transfer pricing documentation and complianceEnsure compliance with tax regulations, including VAT and corporate tax filings.Manage cash flow forecasting, financing activities, and banking relationships.Supervise insurance matters and financial risk management, including foreign exchange and hedging activities.Lead, coach, and develop the finance team.Drive process improvements, ERP developments, and finance digitalization initiatives.
