Tasks and responsibilities:
As an HRIS Manager, you play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management and use of HR data and information systems. This position supports the success of our global HR practice and the intensive growth of our international organization by enabling data-driven decision-making, ensuring data integrity, and facilitating human resources processes through a robust and future-proof HRIS environment. You are part of the global HR team, report to the CHRO, and collaborate with various internal and external counterparts to optimize and expand our HRIS functionality.
Responsibilities
HR Data Management
* Oversee the collection, organization, exchange, and maintenance of various HR data, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems and locations.
* Conduct regular data audits and quality checks to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
HRIS Ownership
* Serve as the primary owner of the HRIS platform, including management, configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
* Collaborate with IT teams or vendors to ensure system functionality, resolve technical issues, and implement updates, enhancements, migrations, or new platforms.
* Provide or facilitate end-user support and training for HR staff and other employees on using the HRIS.
Reporting and Analysis
* Develop metrics, standardized reports, and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
* Analyze HR data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvement.
* Generate ad-hoc reports for HR leadership and other stakeholders.
Compliance and Data Security
* Ensure that HR data complies with global data protection regulations and internal policies.
* Collaborate with information security and compliance teams to manage data privacy and security.
* Maintain data confidentiality and implement access controls.
Process Improvement
* Identify opportunities to streamline global HR processes and improve efficiency through HRIS.
* Lead HRIS improvement projects, including requirements gathering and testing.
Documentation and Training
* Document HRIS procedures, processes, and best practices.
* Conduct user training on functionalities and customizations.
Profile:
Qualifications
* A higher education degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Several years of proven experience in HR data management and HRIS administration and implementation, preferably in larger and complex multinational environments.
* Familiarity with various types of HRIS, e.g., personnel file management, payroll processing, talent management, comp & ben administration, time registration, self-service portals, analytics and reporting, system integration, etc.
* Knowledge of data protection and security regulations.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to extract and visualize meaningful insights from HR data (e.g., Tableau).
* Excellent communication (EN, NDL) and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various internal and external colleagues.
* Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and the ethical handling of sensitive data.
* Project coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
* Willing to regularly navigate between company sites, mainly in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Great Britain, possibly further in Western Europe and the US
