NanoGrid is a European leader in utilities monitoring, trusted by some of the world’s most prominent enterprises including AXA IM, Goodman, and Amazon. As we continue our rapid growth, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our team. You will work directly with the CEO, focusing on high-value enterprise prospects and ensuring every lead is pursued with energy and expertise.

Your Role

As our Business Development Executive, you will:

* Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new enterprise clients within the utilities and facilities management sectors.
* Follow up diligently on all leads, ensuring no opportunity is left behind.
* Engage and build relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers at major organizations.
* Collaborate with the CEO, leveraging technical expertise and presence in key meetings, while independently driving the sales process from prospecting to closure.
* Develop tailored proposals and presentations, working with technical experts to address client needs.
* Maintain accurate pipeline management and reporting.

Who You Are

* A true “hunter” – energetic, persistent, and results-driven, with a passion for winning new business.
* Bringing experience but also a dynamic, youthful approach to sales.
* 3-7 years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally with large or enterprise customers in tech, SaaS, utilities, or related industries.
* Proven ability to build relationships with senior decision-makers and navigate complex organizations.
* Skilled at following up, chasing leads, and turning “maybe” into “yes”.
* Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with strong presentation skills.
* Entrepreneurial mindset, able to work independently and take initiative.
* Fluent in Dutch and English; additional European languages are a plus.
