HR Data & Tools Coordinator – Full-time
We are looking for a proactive HR Data & Tools Coordinator to support payroll and compensation & benefits processes. You will ensure accurate data management, timely payroll, and smooth employee communication while developing your expertise in HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage payroll and benefits data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
* Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations to support HR decisions
* Maintain HR documentation and support audits
* Serve as first point of contact for employee queries
* Contribute to process improvements in payroll and benefits administration
What we’re looking for:
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent
* 0–3 years of HR experience (payroll or C&B a plus)
* Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills
* Proficient in Excel and other Windows applications
* Fluent in English and French and/or Dutch
* Service-oriented, eager to learn, and collaborative
