Commercial Operations Coordinator
, you will be part of our EMEA Customer Operations team, ensuring a smooth
order-to-cash
process and collaborating closely with various Barco teams. You will act as the main point of contact for specific customers and markets, making sure their orders are processed, delivered, and invoiced accurately and on time.
Your Responsibilities
* Represent the customer within Barco and translate their requirements into concrete actions (timing, material needs, shipping requirements…).
* Manage the entire order process: registration, planning, shipment, and invoicing.
* Monitor deliveries and ensure timely and accurate execution.
* Organize and follow up on all required contractual documents (COO, L/Cs, bank guarantees…).
* Act as the link between our external sales team and internal departments such as Service, Warehousing, Traffic, Sales Planning, Project Management, and Product Management.
* Collaborate with Credit Control to follow up on account receivables and resolve payment issues.
* Inform colleagues about additional services sold and ensure smooth internal coordination.
Your Profile
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
* Ideally, experience in a commercial or customer service role within an international environment.
* Strong communication skills, independence, and a commercial mindset.
* PC literate and preferably familiar with ERP systems (such as SAP).
* Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
* Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
* A team player with a customer-focused attitude, supporting the sales team in building strong relationships.
