At Puratos, CRM is more than a system—it’s the backbone of our commercial operations across 65+ countries. As Global CRM Manager, you’ll lead the global CRM strategy from a business perspective, bridging the gap between commercial needs and technical execution. You’ll drive adoption, shape processes, and empower our sales teams with digital tools that elevate customer engagement and accelerate growth.
This is a high-impact role for a CRM expert with strong technical insight, a strategic mindset, and the ability to influence across functions. This position is based in our Headquarters in Groot-Bijgaarden (Brussels - Belgium).
Key Accountabilities
* Lead the global CRM strategy and act as business owner of the CRM ecosystem
* Translate business needs into clear requirements for IT and external partners
* Manage change requests across countries and ensure successful deployment
* Own testing, training, and change management for CRM and digital sales tools
* Ensure data integrity and compliance (e.g. GDPR) across all CRM platforms
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, ICT, and external vendors
* Monitor adoption and performance of digital sales enablement tools
* Drive continuous improvement through stakeholder feedback and KPI tracking
* Act as ambassador for digitalization within the global sales organization
Who are we looking for?
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in CRM
* Strong CRM expertise with technical understanding (SAP, Odoo, HubSpot, etc.)
* Experience in complex, multi-country environments with high user volumes
* Ability to translate business processes into scalable digital solutions
* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
* Hands‑on mindset with strong ownership and autonomy
* Analytical thinker with experience in performance tracking and data governance
* Fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, change‑driven environment
