What will you do?
* Manage relationships with suppliers: ensuring all office supplies are ordered and delivered on time
* Support the Office Management team: assist in leading a small administrative team to keep the office running efficiently
* Maintain an organized and well-functioning workspace, handling tasks such as inventory management and scheduling repairs or upgrades
* Organize events and meetings: from internal team gatherings to external events, you'll handle the planning and coordination
Who are we looking for?
* Someone with a good level of English and French/Dutch
* Someone with at least 1 year of experience
* Bachelor's degree in Office Management, HRM, or a similar field is a plus
* Someone with strong organizational skills and a hands-on attitude
* Experience in event planning and/or office management is a plus
* You are detail-oriented, flexible, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment
