(80% of the function)The consultant will propose the best suitable hosting solution (on-prem/cloud (Azure) for applications taking into account our standards, security, availability, possibilities of data transfer and cost.The consultant will be part of the project team for new projects (project work will be done by the project leads).The consultant will act as single point of contact between Server Team, the different IT departments and our business partners for new requests/projects.The consultant will do the follow up of environments with special regulations and requirements.The consultant will assist on technical decisions for the IT operations department.The consultant will compare the business requirements with the IT standards and propose adaptations on either side where required.The consultant will evaluate, follow-up and advise on new IT technologies.Requirements:At least 10 years proven experience as infrastructure (solution) architect – please provide description and referencesShould be familiar with following IT infrastructure services: Active directory, databases (Oracle, MS SQL, MongoDB), Storage, Virtualization (ESX), Windows Server, Linux Redhat, MS Azure(cloud), Data exchange platforms (RabbitMQ, Redis cache), RDP solutions (Citrix ), containerized solutions, networking concepts, ...Must be able to communicate fluent (oral) in Dutch and French (one of both has to be native) and English to people/stakeholders with different technical knowledge and background.Speaking and understanding German is a plusComputer science degree, training as a specialist for system integration or a comparable education.Broad general IT experience and competencesMust have planning and organizational skills (working with strict deadlines – must be able to cope with stress).Must have good analytical skills.Must have a security focused mind and a highly developed practical common sense.Must have good presentation skills.Must be able to work independently.Customer minded – team player.Able and willing to learn new products-environments quickly.Must be accountable and is NOT a 9 to 5 worker.Must have a car + driver license and a mobile phone.A little about us:Innova Solutions is a diverse and award-winning global technology services partner.
