In deze rol fungeer je als ondersteuning van de operationele directeur en zorg je ervoor dat projecten en dagelijkse taken efficiënt en tijdig opgevolgd worden. Dankzij jouw organisatorische skills en je vlotte taalvaardigheid in Nederlands en Frans, ben je een onmisbare schakel binnen het team.
Some of your duties include:
* Ondersteunen bij de planning en voortgangsbewaking van projecten.
* Voorbereiden en notuleren van projectvergaderingen.
* Opvolgen van actiepunten en deadlines.
* Belangrijke klanten te woord staan.
* Beheren en up-to-date houden van projectdossiers en documentatie.
* Verzorgen van interne communicatie en het delen van projectinformatie met betrokkenen.
* Signaleren van knelpunten en deze tijdig bespreken met de projectmanager.
* Assisteren bij het opstellen van rapportages en presentaties.
* Meehelpen bij het organiseren van projectactiviteiten en events.
Your profile
* Een bachelordiploma of enkele jaren relevante werkervaring vormen een stevige basis.
* Vlotte communicatie, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, in het Nederlands én Frans.
* Nauwkeurigheid, discretie en een gestructureerde aanpak staan centraal in je dagelijkse werk.
* Zelfstandigheid en stressbestendigheid gaan hand in hand met jouw sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
* Initiatief nemen en een proactieve houding zijn typerend voor jouw manier van werken.
