As a Customer S ervice Representative, you will represent our Q8Truck brand, a key player within the Q8 Group. Q8Truck keeps international transport moving thanks to our European network of truck stations. You’ll be the trusted voice for our Polish clients: major logistics players who rely on our service to stay on track. From our office in Antwerp, you will connect daily with internal teams and cross-border customers. You solve, streamline and support, with a constant focus on quality and customer satisfaction. You don’t just respond to questions, you anticipate needs and guide solutions. Your biggest challenge You balance customer needs, commercial ambitions, and operational procedures in a high-speed, international environment. You take ownership, spot opportunities, and make change happen. In this role, you're not just part of the process, you improve it. Your role in action : Be the go-to contact for our Polish customers: solve problems, answer questions and follow up with professionalism and care. Enhance service quality : gather feedback, flag inefficiencies, and help customers understand how we work. Secure financial flow : support payment follow-up, solve invoice issues, and clarify tax topics in collaboration with our credit team. Stay sharp and structured : manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, detail-driven setting.
