To support the continued growth of our consulting activities, we are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) .In this role, you will contribute to the development and expansion of our Business Units by acting as a trusted HR advisor and partner.
Your ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Recruitment : Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.Strategic HR Advisory : Collaborate closely with the business unit to provide tailored HR solutions that align with organizational goals.Talent Development : Support the recruitment, onboarding, and development of new talent, as well as manage offboarding processes.Employee Engagement : Foster a positive work culture and advocate for employee well-being.HR Administration : Ensure accurate and efficient HR processes in compliance with local legislation.Data Management & Reporting : Maintain and update internal HR databases, collect and analyze data to support informed decision-making.Business & People Alignment : Balance business needs with employee expectations through strategic initiatives.Continuous Improvement : Contribute ideas to enhance HR practices and implement innovative solutions.Collaboration : Work closely with colleagues across departments to deliver effective HR support.
Your ProfileMaster's degree in a relevant field.Fluent in French, Dutch and English.2-8 years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition, HRBP, or a similar role.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.A collaborative team player who enjoys working with diverse stakeholders (Business, Payroll, Finance, Marketing, Learning & Development, etc.).Hands-on mentality with a problem-solving mindset.
