The opportunity
You will join our Business Consulting Finance Belgium service line, a team of consultants & executives with diverse industry knowledge, along with unique consulting expertise. You will work with some of the biggest and most recognized companies in the world and address critical issues of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Your responsibilities
* Manage the delivery of projects, drive high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget
* Effectively manage and motivate teams on projects and provide constructive on-the-job feedback/coaching.
* Play an active role in mentoring Junior/Senior consultants and contribute to the steering of the Business Consulting Finance team (staffing, training, recruitment, etc.)
* Manage business development opportunities (through RfPs, client interactions and cross-service lines collaboration)
You will drive projects with the objective to
* Define a finance vision, mission and strategy
* Conduct accelerated finance diagnostics, maturity assessments and benchmarking
* Design and implement new Finance Operating Models
* Design and implement Shared Service Centers (Global Business Services)
* Drive process excellence in Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Financial Planning & Analysis
* Leverage automation and digital processes
Profile
* Master\'s degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent
* 5 to 7 years of experience in management consulting or in the delivery of large-scale Finance & Operating Model programs in the industry
* Experience in Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Financial Planning & Analysis
* Knowledge of technologies such as RPA, process mining, SAP, etc. is a plus
* Experience of past project delivery and business development, whereby stakeholder and change management are important pillars
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Dutch or French
* Excellent problem solving, facilitation, and presentation skills
* A proven ability to work in a team environment with diverse groups, along with the capability of influencing, encouraging and stimulating others
* Forward thinker, quick learner, and self-motivator that thrives on new challenges
* Ability to build and maintain relationship with high-level client stakeholders and networks
* Flexible with travel requirements
