What you do
As Maintenance Lead, you will perform the following tasks:
1. Analysing and solving failures in the electrical field of our production installations.
2. Ensuring the proper operation of the installations, carrying out adjustments and improvements.
3. Provide technical assistance to shift supervisors and external parties.
4. Drawing up and following up preventive maintenance plans
5. Monitoring existing facilities
6. Proposing and participating in projects to improve the organisation.
7. Directly managing the maintenance team.
8. Ordering auxiliary materials and parts.
Who you are
9. You have at least an A2 education (electrical engineering, electromechanics, etc.) and preferably several years' experience in a similar production environment.
10. You have broad technical knowledge in the field of electricity, electronics, measurement and control technology, PLC controls, etc.
11. You are motivated, hands-on and work accurately.
12. You can work both independently and in a team.
13. You have a sense of responsibility and monitor the safety and quality of your work.
14. You are fluent in Dutch. Knowledge of English is a plus.
