System Administrator (OPS) – Test Sparring Partner (TSP)
Swifts Test Sparring Partner (TSP) is a service that accelerates adoption of Swift solutions by allowing customers to test and validate their implementations before going live. TSP provides configurable test cases, guided execution flows, and message-level validation aligned with Swift rulebooks and product requirements. It supports product teams, professional services, and customers with clear narratives and operational configuration to ensure consistent, high‑quality onboarding and usage across the portfolio.
Responsibilities
* Support both PAC (qualification) and LIVE environments.
* Maintain systems at the latest supported OS level.
* Use Ansible playbooks for Red Hat systems.
* Regularly upgrade the COTS used by TSP in line with Swift’s Security Excellence Programme.
* Monitor and renew certificates between TSP modules.
* Plan and open firewall rules to ensure connectivity between TSP servers.
* Install and patch TSP modules, first in PAC and then in the LIVE environment.
* Test and qualify new TSP functionalities or fixes in PAC.
* Migrate systems from Windows to Red Hat.
* Ensure operational procedures are followed, supporting compliance with internal control frameworks.
Qualifications
* Experience with Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform.
* Experience with Windows Server administration.
* Proficient in certificate creation, deployment, monitoring, and renewal.
* Experience with RDBMS; MySQL is a plus.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
* Delivery‑oriented and proactive, with a hands‑on mindset.
* Curious and open to change, with an interest in continuous improvement.
* Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Education
* Degree in IT.
Experience
* Young graduates welcome. 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as a systems administrator on Windows Server and Red Hat is a plus.
