Sector: Energy & UtilitiesYour Role:As a Senior Manager within Avertim’s Energy Business Unit, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our consulting services in the Belgian market. You will be responsible for business development, team leadership, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact projects, all while fostering strong client relationships and supporting the professional growth of your team.What will you do?Drive the expansion of consulting activities by identifying new business opportunities and cultivating long-term client relationships.Develop and manage a robust client portfolio, ensuring alignment with Avertim’s strategic business outcomes: performance, innovation, and compliance.Lead, grow, and inspire a high-performing team of consultants and Junior Business Managers.Collaborate with HR to implement career development and engagement initiatives.Oversee the successful delivery of projects, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence.Provide clear direction and operational oversight, nurturing client partnerships and leveraging your team’s expertise to deliver exceptional results.Your Profile:Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management Economics, Business Engineer, or a related field.5 to 8 years of proven experience in consulting, combining business development, account management, and team leadership, with a solid understanding of the Energy & Utilities market.Fluency in Dutch and/or French and English is essential.Strong entrepreneurial spirit with leadership capabilities.Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated a strong business development mindset and solid business acumen, with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into value‑driven opportunities.High levels of resilience, ambition, and a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve outstanding results.About AvertimWe are a trusted partner for complex transformation programs.
