✍️ WHAT WILL YOU DO?
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:
* Provide technical support for Windows 7, 8, and 10 operating systems.
* Respond to user issues involving hardware, software, and networking.
* Guide users through installation of applications and computer peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.).
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both remotely and in person.
* Diagnose problems using targeted questioning and apply step-by-step resolutions.
* Perform remote troubleshooting and walk users through solutions.
* Log technical issues and resolutions; escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
* Customize desktop applications to meet specific user needs.
* Manage user accounts, passwords, and security settings via Active Directory.
* Configure and troubleshoot Outlook Express, Internet Explorer, VPN, and wireless connections.
* Install and configure Citrix clients, Windows OS images (via WDS), and McAfee Encryption.
* Support access to shared folders and domain-based resources.
* Configure and troubleshoot network printers and internet connectivity issues.
* Help create user guides and technical documentation.
* Collect and report customer feedback and product suggestions.
🧐 WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?
* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
* MCP Certification (preferred).
* Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles
* Native Spanish Language
* Advanced English Language
* Strong hands-on experience with Windows OS (Win 7/8/10).
* Familiarity with MS Office, antivirus tools, and office automation.
* Knowledge of network security practices and remote support tools.
* Experience with installation and troubleshooting of software and hardware.
* Proficient in Active Directory and domain management.
* Experience configuring and troubleshooting VPNs and wireless networks.
* Comfortable using tools for remote desktop access.
* Familiarity with incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).
* Basic understanding of ITIL practices.
* Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
* Proactive problem-solving and follow-up capabilities.
* Ability to work independently and in a team under a hybrid model.

* Workplace: Madrid (On-Site) + Remote work
* Work Schedule: 12x5 rotating shifts from 7am to 7pm
