As Communication Strategy Team Lead, you make sure our brand strategy comes alive and stays consistent. You turn long-term ambitions into clear communication and media plans that connect with customers, deliver results, and keep the brand sharp.
You lead the Media Manager and Strategic Communication Planners. You focus on the Telenet commercial brand, while keeping an eye on the bigger group context.
Your responsibilities as a Communication Strategy Team Lead
1. Define the end-to-end communication and media strategy in line with brand and business goals.
2. Build and manage the communication and media roadmap for the residential and SOHO segment.
3. Turn brand positioning and promises into effective campaigns and messaging frameworks.
4. Orchestrate 360° plans (content, media, activation, sponsoring) with consistent storytelling.
5. Brief creative and digital teams to ensure work reflects the brand.
6. Set and track KPIs, using data to optimize strategy and media choices.
7. Lead, coach, and challenge your team to be proactive and accountable.
8. Keep stakeholders aligned and push back when needed to protect the brand.
