For COSCO SHIPPING Lines Spain we are looking for an experienced Export Customer Service Assistant (m/f/d) for our office in Barcelona or Valencia, Spain.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, the key responsibilities include:
* Advising clients on available departures.
* Managing bookings.
* Supporting the Sales, Pricing, and Planning departments.
* Coordinating with ECD/Supply for transportation management.
* Controlling required shipping documentation.
* Assisting clients with Synconhub operations.
* Resolving load-related issues.
* Monitoring and ensuring compliance with KPIs.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in English (B1 level or higher).
* An organized, methodical, detail-oriented individual who enjoys teamwork.
* The position will be onsite at our offices in Barcelona or Valencia.
