VOIP Engineer - The Opportunity Troubleshoot and resolve VoIP issues (SIP signaling, call routing, provisioning), working directly with customers and replicating problems in test environments. Support and monitor our proprietary provisioning and routing engine, proactively identifying issues through system logs, alerts, and ticket queues. Document support cases, resolutions, and known issues in the internal knowledge base while collaborating with senior engineers and development teams. Participate in training and mentorship sessions to deepen knowledge of SBCs, telecom protocols, and real-time communication systems VOIP Engineer - The Perfect Match Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, IT, or equivalent experience, with a solid grasp of VoIP technologies (SIP, RTP) and Linux command-line tools. Strong problem-solving mindset, proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and effective communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
